• "CCN Digital Site" shall have the meaning as set out above.
• "User Information" means the personal details, which may be provided by You to Us via the CCN Digital Site.
• "Users" means the Users of the CCN Digital Site collectively and/or individually as the context admits.

In consideration of Your use of this site you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of India or other applicable Jurisdiction. You agree to comply with the rules and provide accurate, reliable, complete and true information about Yourself as required by Us for registration to this service and to create Your User Account. You agree to update Your registration information with current information. CCN Digital at its sole discretion can suspend or terminate the User Account or even permanently ban You from having any current or future service from this site in the event You provide inaccurate, false registration information.

As a part of registration you are responsible for creating and maintaining confidentiality of Your user name and password. You are advised to notify CCN Digital of any unauthorized use of Your Account. CCN Digital shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Your usage of Your User Account.

You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. This means that you, and not CCN Digital, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. CCN Digital does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will CCN Digital be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.

By submitting ideas, suggestions, documents, and/or proposals ("Contributions") to CCN Digital through its suggestion or feedback webpages, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) your Contributions do not contain confidential or proprietary information; (b) CCN Digital is not under any obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, with respect to the Contributions; (c) CCN Digital shall be entitled to use or disclose (or choose not to use or disclose) such Contributions for any purpose, in any way, in any media worldwide; (d) CCN Digital may have something similar to the Contributions already under consideration or in development; (e) your Contributions automatically become the property of CCN Digital without any obligation of CCN Digital to you; and (f) you are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind from CCN Digital under any circumstances.

No Cancellation is permitted; refund of transaction(s) due to technical reasons will be resolved on a case to case basis. Cardholder must allow for 10 working days in case of a refund.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

• Payment made online by clients is only refundable under conditions.
• Payment made by mistake against a wrong account.
• Payment made by mistake against a wrong plan id.
• Payment error occurred during payment procedure and payment transferred in CCN Digital Networks Pvt Ltd.
  
• To avail refund function an email is to be generated towards (email ID Mentioned) Refund, If applicable will be processed within 30 working days from the date of email via same source.However, in a case where a transaction has been completed by you on the Site, and money has been charged to your card or bank account but a Recharge has not delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction then you may inform us by sending us an email on (email ID mentioned) or posting on helpdesk. In such a scenario you will be entitled to a full refund. We request you to include in the email the following details - Recharge value, Transaction date and Order Number ( ) shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the Recharge then you will be refunded the money within 7 working days from the date of the receipt of your email.

CCN Digital has the right to assign its rights and duties to any party at anytime without prior notice to you. CCN Digital shall have no liability to You for any interruption or delay in access to the Web Site. You understand that Your user account is non-transferable. Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be governed by the Laws of India. The Courts of Law at Chennai shall have exclusive Jurisdiction over any dispute arising under this agreement.
